Our elegantly furnished one-room flats are equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are located on the same terracing of Villino Martina, dominating in uncontested seaview-position the western slope of Monte Argentario in Tuscan Maremma. They are comfortable and equipped with double bed+single bed/respectively double bed only, air-conditioning, TV, kitchenette with fridge, private WC/bathroom and independent entrance.

Services:

First household expenses: upon request we provide a start-up foodstuff-kit containing: bread, milk (1 liter), tea (1 pack), coffee (1 pack), orange juice, jam, honey, spaghetti (1 kg), tomato tin, olive oil, mineral water (2 bottles). Cash settlement of shopping receipt directly at arrival.

Children: upon request we deliver a crib for babies, with blankets, at 40 Euro/week.

Laundry: linen and towels are changed once a week. No washing machine available. Coin-operated launderette downtown.

Rentals: upon request we provide booking of scooters/boats directly from local companies.
